Dr. Ing. Nicholas J. Sammut, from The European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN) will be delivering a presentation on the research performed at the organisation and on the construction of the Large
Hadron Collider (LHC); the largest and most powerful scientific instrument ever constructed by mankind costing €6.5 billion. He will be elaborating on his personal experiences at work

This presentation is aimed at the general public. A coffee and biscuit session togther with Dr. Sammut will be served after the talk compliments of the IEEE Malta Student Branch.
